Dallas - March 26, 2003 - The North Texas Global Telecommunications Society (NTGTS) presents the "Third Annual Global Wireless Internet Forum 2003: From Differentiation to Industry Cooperation: What is Next? " on April 8, 2003, at the Omni Richardson Hotel. Many of the industry's most well-known and successful corporations will be on hand, exhibiting and offering perspectives on issues such as wireless data, licensing and standards, integrating wireless technologies, wireless security, transitioning from voice to data, Wi-Fi alternatives, and IP telephony trends.

"NTGTS is honored to bring this conference to the North Texas region for a third time," said NTGTS President Jeremy Azif. "It is important that we address the most promising technologies and services that are on the horizon. Despite the economic challenges facing the industry today, it is important for providers, vendors and users not to lose sight of the excitement that remains in this industry today."

Panel discussions at the conference will focus on global mobility solutions, from the evolution of next-generation mobile technologies, to interface, licensing and services; transitioning from voice to data, including a discussion of how messaging, non-line-of-sight technologies and voice recognition applications are enabling advances in wireless infrastructure; and a discussion of global developments, alternatives to Wi-Fi networks, and IP telephony trends.
