Corporate Profile

OneMultiMedia (OMI) develops, manufactures and sells interactive television systems to the private (unregulated) marketplace (i.e., hotels, hospitals, apartments, etc) Recently, OMI has embarked on an ambitious plan to develop a fully-integrated all digital multimedia delivery system specifically targeted at apartment complexes. This product provides multi-megabit Internet access, satellite television, video-on-demand movies, video games, and telephony all bundled in a single system. This system uses the telephone twisted pair for the delivery of these services, directly in competition with the entrenched cable TV operator.

OMI's proprietary technology will open up approximately one-third of the US residents, and approximately one-half of the residents in Europe, Asia and South America to the offering of these advanced but market-proven services. While OMI's products are primarily intended for sale to existing telephone companies, the regulatory environment in the US (and soon world-wide) will allow competitors to offer these services over the same twisted pair wire that currently carries the basic telephone service, also in competition with the local incumbent telephone company.

The total available market size for OMI's digital product is $75B. Projected revenues and net profits for the year 2002 are $200MM and $40MM, respectiviely.
